  17. ¼ tsp garam masala
  18. 4-5 cashews

  1. Firstly take a kadai add oil than add garlic,chopped ginger saute it than add sliced onion, saute till translucent than add whole red chilli and cashews and salt saute it.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes saute till tomatoes soften.Now take mixer grinder and make fine paste.
  3. Now in a large kadai, heat 1 tbsp butter and saute 1 bay leaf, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp kasuri methi till they aromatic.

  4. Add ¼ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp chilli powder
  5. Further add blended tomato-onion paste and mix well.
  6. Now add ½ to 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required.
