- In a pan heat up oil. Add besan and roast it on medium heat until it gets nice even golden colour for about 4-5 mins.
- Now turn off the gas and add kasmiri red chilli powder, haldi powder, kasuri methi and take the besan out into a bowl, add curd, tanduri masala, lemon juice and make a smooth paste.
- Now add paneer cubes and mix until are nicely coated with the masala and keep a side.
- Now pour 1-2 tsp oil on the non-stick tawa, place the paneer tikka, roast the tikka until they become golden brown, now flip the sides and roast the other side golden brown.
- Heat oil in a kadai add slice onion and fry well. Once the onion are fried add garlic, ginger, tomato. Fry well.
- Once fried, place the mixture in a plate for cooling down. Now grind the mixture into a smooth paste.
- In a kadai add oil. Add the paste and stir well on a low flame add little water to the mixture and cook well.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, tandoori masala and remaining paneer tikka marinate and cook on low flame.
- Once the masala releases oil add little water and fried paneer tikka and kasuri methi to the mixture.
- Cook for about 2-3 mins. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
