  16. 2 Bay leaf
  17. 2 Onions
  18. As required Ginger garlic paste

  20. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  21. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  22. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  23. 1/2 tsp Salt
  24. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

  1. Mix hung curd, besan, spices, paneer cubes, capsicum cubes onion cubes. Whisk well n marinate for 30min.
  2. After 30min shallow fry, all pieces n keep them aside. Keep leftover masala batter. Take a pan to add butter.
  3. Add sliced onions, bay leaf, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric n saute. Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt n cumin powder saute. Add 1bowl tomato puree. Add leftover masala batter. Cook for a few min.
