- As required Ginger garlic paste
- as required Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Instructions to make to make Paneer tikka masala
- Mix hung curd, besan, spices, paneer cubes, capsicum cubes onion cubes. Whisk well n marinate for 30min.
- After 30min shallow fry, all pieces n keep them aside. Keep leftover masala batter. Take a pan to add butter.
- Add sliced onions, bay leaf, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric n saute. Add chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt n cumin powder saute. Add 1bowl tomato puree. Add leftover masala batter. Cook for a few min.
- Add paneer, capsicum n onion cubes n cook. Add Kasuri methi cook for a few min. Add coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Serve with parathas.
