- First things first, to make egg biryani,soak around 1.5 cups of long grain basmati rice in water, post which you will semi-cook the rice
- In a hot vessal add oil then cumin seeds... Once crackle...then add add ginger garlic n green chili paste (not use mixture for paste) Add finaly chopped onion....when it turns little brown add chopped tomatoes.
- Mix it well then add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,and biryani masala mix it well n cook it for 5mnts. Then add water n stir continuesly
- Add raw eggs with some distance. Let it cook for 5-7 mnts
- At this stage Add boiled rice. N All spices as per your taste. Cook it for 7-10 Mnts Mix it well.
- Serve it hot in serving plate.Garnish it with boiled egg.. N salad
