  2. Oil garam hone par 1 bada piyaz slices mein cut kiya hua shamil karein aur golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  3. Jab piyaz golden brown hojae to usmen gosht aur lehsan adrak paste shamil karein aur gosht ko bhoon lein.
  4. Jab gosht ka colour white hojae to usmen namak, lal mirch powder, dhania powder aur haldi powder shamil karein aur medium-low flame par 4 mins tak bhoon lein.
  5. 3 bade tamater slices mein cut kiye hue aur thora pani shamil karein aur flame low kar ke dhak kar cook karein jab tak tamater soft na hojaen.
  6. Tamater soft hone par flame medium-high krden aur pani khushk hone tak cook karein ya jab tak oil masale se alag na hojae.
  7. Jab gosht achi trhan bhun jae to usmen 2 glasses (3 cups) pani aur shaljam ke slices shamil karein aur 1 wristle ke baad high flame par 15 minutes tak pressure cook karein.
  8. Flame off kar ke pressure release hone ke baad pressure cooker open karein aur garam masala powder, sabz mirchen aur sabz dhania shamil karein aur high flame par pkaen jab tak extra pani khush na hojae aur oil separate hojae.
  9. Dish out karein aur sabz dhania aur sabz mirchon se garnish krlen.
