- 300 grams barbati (jhudunga)
- 1 potato
- 2 Tbsp mustard paste
- as needed mustard seeds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 dry red chilli
- pinch turmeric powder)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 2 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 Tbsp mustard oil
