- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai. Then add chopped onion, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste mix well, add chopped chilli, cumin powder, salt to taste, sugar and turmeric powder cook for 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup water for gravy. When it attains boiling point then add kofta, again cook for 1 minute. Garnish with malai serve hot.
