- For curry: Boil 200 ml Coconut milk in a pan. Add 2tbsf Red Thai Curry Paste. After a boil add 1tsf of soya sauce.
- After a boil add 2tsf of Tomato ketchup and 1 tsf of red chilli powder. Mix all sauté vegetables in the curry. Add basil leaves for authentic thai taste.add 1/2 cup water if needed. Boil for a while.
- Now add marwa leaves and green onion leaves. Thai curry is ready to serve.
- Garnish the Thai Curry with coriander leaves and nuts and red chilli flakes.
