- When onion becomes dissolved and mutton becomes tender,add tomatoes.
- After adding tomatoes, add oil as per required and lauki cutted slices.
- Wait till oil separates & visibile.
- Then add 4 green chillies.
- When oil becomes separated, add lauki and green chillies
- Also add water as per required. Place it into low medium flame.
- Check after few minutes, lauki will soft.
- Add mint leaves for garnishing.
