  21. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 1/3 tsp salt
  23. 1/4 tsp ajwain (crushed)
  24. 1 pinch hing
  25. 2 tbsp oil
  26. as needed Water for making dough

Steps to make to make Rajasthani Daal Dhokli

  1. Soaked that daal for 30 minutes boiled these into a pressure cooker with 4 whistle. Keep all the ingredients together.

  6. When boiling started into daal then added Dhokli chips and boiled it for 15 minutes at medium flame. added garam masala when lentils will behalf. Spread chopped coriander at the end.
  7. Switch off the flame. Added lime juice. Served them with Jali roti and churma.
