    In pan heat the oil and add jeera. After crackling it add whole masala, cooked rice and salt. Place it aside.
  3. Take one flat glass and microwave safe vessel. Spread the rice evenly. Spread concasse sauce. On the top arrange veggies and grate the cheese on it. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on it. Bake this in preheated oven at 180° for 10 mins.
  4. Now heat the coal on gas and place this very hot coal in the vessel of the biriyani and pour ghee on it. Quickly close it with the lid. Let it remain closed for 10 minutes. So it gives Smokey flavour.
