  1. For Gravy - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, cloves and sauté it for a minute. Add onions and tomatoes and cook well for 5 minutes. Let it cool down and make a fine paste in a mixer jar.
  2. Heat oil again in pan add cinnamon stick, bay leaf and sauté it. Now add gravy paste and cook well for 5 to 10 minutes. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and kitchen king masala and mix well.
  3. Now add yoghurt and mix well.
  4. For vegetables - Heat oil in a pan add diced onions and capsicums and cook well for about 5 minutes. Now empty the pan and saute mushrooms too.
  5. In a cooked gravy add these sautéed onions, capsicums and mushrooms and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with roti or butter naan
